Username and password not populating
I am attempting to create an app for this url https://homeless-link.force.com/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2F
I have tried the various templates with no success and tested on multiple browsers. The ID of the username and password is present and used these as CSS selectors, but it simply does not populate.
Whilst there is a delay the okta web plugin does eventually appear but when you select to sign in nothing populates.
I did notice the url goes to https://homeless-link.force.com/s/ when you log in, so not sure if this is a looping issue mentioned in the template support post. But I don't get that far anyway the usernames will not populate.

Thanks Daniela. The help documents suggest that at best you create a link but the user will still have to remember their username and password to login, is that correct? So there is no way to create a link with saved login credentials to have a single sign on experience to this website. Many thanks, Sharon
