"OIE Upgrade Hub" not present in the admin dashboard

In the “OIE: demystifying the upgrade” YouTube video the live demo mentions an "OIE Upgrade Hub" page, and clearly visible on the screen there is an "OIE Upgrade Hub" link under Dashboard. In our Classic instance, however, we have scheduled the upgrade but none of us see that "OIE Upgrade Hub" link.

 

Has the UI changed or is there some issue with our pending OIE upgrade? How do we proceed?

    Your tenant might not have a required Feature Flag enable. 

    Please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
