BrockJ.05540 (Customer) asked a question.

View all SSO apps shown in Admin Dashboard Overview

How do I view all SSO Apps shown in the dashboard overview for Okta? Our instance currently lists 209 SSO apps. I would like to have a list of these apps and their users so I can better integrate all of them into Okta.

Hi @BrockJ.05540 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

While there is no report for this use case specifically, you can leverage the User App Access report and filter for "Sign On Mode" for SAML, OIDC etc.

You can find the this report under your Okta Admin Dashboard > Reports > Reports > Entitlements and Access > User App Access.

You can also check under Okta Admin Dashboard > Reports > Reports > SAML Capable Apps, to find apps that you have set up in your org and could perhaps be converted to SAML SSO mode.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
