As it currently stands, once a user has selected one required authenticator option (e.g. SMS) and declined adding others (e.g. Okta verify or Google Auth), they do not have an option for adding others. There is a workaround where a user could remove all authenticators in the Okta dashboard, and then they will be prompted to add at least one more and given the option for multiple more. This work around is not suitable for our often less than tech savvy audience of external users.
What I am accustomed to seeing such as with Microsoft or Google is the ability to go to user settings interface after completing one form of MFA, and add other options at the convenience of the user. Is there a convenient way to make this or something similar available to our users?

@JacobD.07175 (Customer) , Yes , you can enroll other optional factors such as Okta verify/ Google Authenticator, etc. from user dashboard settings --> Security Methods. Make sure that you have enabled those optional factors are configured in the Admin Dashboard (Security-->Multifactor-->Factor Types)
