Help with Detect and Respond to MFA Fatigue Attacks Workflow Error First connect to Apps

Hi Okta Community,

I'm trying to use the pre-built Identity Threat Protection workflow called Detect and Respond to MFA Fatigue Attacks, but I get an error when I try to turn on the flow. The error says

First connect to Apps

I'm not sure what "Apps" it's referring to. I thought this flow worked by monitoring for rejected push notifications and triggering based on a threshold of attempts. Is there something I'm missing in the setup?

Has anyone else encountered this or know what needs to be connected for it to work?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @MeekK.96952 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

The issue might be with the Okta connector not being properly configured.

The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.
