Okta Workflow Connection

Hi

Just wondering if anyone came across this usecase.

We have okta workflows connection (the connection between the workflows and okta admin) set up by a team who is moving to a new company. The connector was authenticated using Okta Workflows OAuth OIN app. I am wondering if de-provisioning their user account would have any impact on this connection and all the flows that depend on this connection.

Thank you

I think it would be impacted because the first refresh token that is tried after the account is deprovision will probably fail. You might consider using a native Okta user account as a service account and grant it the necessary rights and then login with it to the Workflows Console and then on the Connections tab find your connector and press the "Reauthorize" icon and leverage the service account's credentials.

The following is a link to documentation showing how to create OAuth connector.
