Template Two Page Plugin SWA App - weird behaviour

Hello team,

I am testing out SWA application, and have been observing a weird behaviour.

I have done an integration for homedepot.com with the following configuration:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EMKZ000000d0ZU

Now, when the user clicks on the application tile, they are not logged in, however if they try it again 2-3 times they are logged in. I tested this on other browsers and also after clearing cookies, observing similar behavior.

Can someone help me understand why is this happening, and what could be done to resolve this?

Hello @VatsaA.57811 (Employee) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

I have tried to replicate this on my side, but unfortunately I can not access the website.

One thing that comes to mind is that some applications have a delay untill the browser plugin actually populates the credentials. If you access the application and then leave it like that for a few moments, does the plugin actually triggers?

Since there are restrictions when accesing the page, it could be something on how the page has been configured.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Thanks for your response @Paul S. (Okta, Inc.)

I tried waiting, however it is not injecting the password.

Another behavior that I observed: When putting a wrong selector value for 'Submit' button in SWA config, it actually populates the password every time.

There seems to be some issue from the application webpage, but it will be better if I could somehow check logs of Okta Browser Plugin to pin point the issue.

Hello @VatsaA.57811 (Employee)  you can enable the Plugin logs from the Browser plugin Settings-> Advanced-> Enable Okta plugin logs.
