Template plugin app troubleshooting assistance
Hello!
I've been the Okta admin for a 400+ user organization for a few years and built many template plug apps for various login configurations. Maybe I'm getting lazy or losing my touch but I can't get one working for the website below. If any has any tips on type of app or general direction, your comments will be appreciated!

Below are the settings that currently do not work for me. I have also tried the template frame app. It doesn't insert the username/password, I feel it has something to do with iframes but I am not an html expert by any means.

I have tried to setup an application on my end as well, however I was unable to make the application work either. I have looked in the developer console when accessing the webpage and it seems that the site does not have auto-compete attributes. I would recommend to reach out to their Support and see if they can provide assistance. Please also see screenshot below:
