I am wondering if I can get some assistance in learning what this feature is called/ how to modify it?

I am creating an okta tile with SWA authentication, when clicking the Okta tile for use I am always presented with this dialog box. However I would like to disable this functionality for one single okta tile, as a request from an end user when creating their okta tile for select users.
