Reports data update frequency
Is there a way to either force a refresh or at least see the last time data was refreshed for reports? Specifically the MFA Enrollment by User report. We use these reports for user compliance to remain employed and I would hate for someone to be mistakenly written up for not adding a method when they did but the report did not reflect that. I know the little info button says "periodically throughout the day" but at minimum of a timestamp would be nice.

There is no exact time frame for when the reports are refreshed, as this depends on the backend jobs that the Okta Servers have to process.
Usually, it takes a few hours, and there currently is no tool in the Admin Console or in Okta's backend to trigger the reports refresh earlier.
In the meantime, you can suggest this as a Feature Enhancement on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
