Hi,
In Okta user profile we have the user start date, month, day, and year.
I am looking to get a workflow to email the manager that their direct report has work anniversary coming up. It would be about 1-2 weeks before the anniversary.

Hi Danny - yes, this would be very similar to “Identify Inactive Okta Users” template — basically a scheduled flow that checks for users with that attribute X days in the future. You can decide how often to run it. You could probably run in on the 1st of every month.
Adding to Max. As part of your description a "Manager" attribute would need to also exist allowing you to identify (Either directly on the attribute) or through a flow the Manager's email. So essentially, your flow would "List Users with Search" based on the date attribute returning users within your window, lookup the manager, send an email.
