Hello Okta Community,
I am currently facing an issue when signing up for Okta Developer Edition. Here are the details:
Steps Taken:
I accessed the Okta login page: https://developer.okta.com/login/
I clicked the Sign In with Google option.
I received an error message. 403 Access Forbidden You don't have permission to access this page
Alternative Attempt:
I tried signing up using the direct link: https://developer.okta.com/signup/
I filled out the required fields, including First Name, Last Name, Work Email, etc.
However, I received another error message Something unexpected happened while processing your registration.
Actions Taken:
I’ve tried the sign-up process on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Incognito) without success.
Cleared my browser’s cache and cookies.
Verified my email address.

Hello @18vky (18vky) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If you have already a Developer org with Okta, this might be expected if you do not have MFA setup.
In alignment with the Okta Secure Identity Commitment, Okta is requiring customers to use multifactor authentication (MFA) to access their Okta Admin Console. MFA is an effective tool to protect against identity attacks.
We are in the process of rolling this out and you should expect that this will be completed in Q4.
The MFA will be required on all orgs and no admins will be exempt.
We recommend reviewing the Frequently Asked Questions article on this subject.

Additionally, if you have an active org with Okta, the same email can not be used to register for a new Developer org, a new email needs to be used.
