I'm having an issue with Zoom provisioning that I am hoping someone can assist me with. I have set up Okta authentication with Zoom. I am updating user attributes and I am pushing deactivated users through provisioning. Create Users is disabled because we're trying to clean up an issue where a lot of our employees created their own Zoom accounts with company email addresses and we are working on getting all those accounts to be managed by us without adding everyone in the company to Zoom. Everything seems to be working okay, but when one of these users who created their own account enrolls in Okta SSO after signing into their Zoom account, we get an error message in Okta that says: Automatic provisioning of user <User Name> to app Zoom failed: Matching user not found".

The users are having no issues with logging into Zoom despite this error message and Okta is handling provisioning of new users as we would like it to, but any user who wasn't part of the group that was previously associated with the corporate account in Zoom prior to enabling SSO is still showing this error after logging in. Any help would be much appreciated!
