Organization migrating from Entra to Okta, in Entra they are using Microsoft Authenticator as MFA after migration is there any possibility user can reuse without re-registration

In this scenario, the MFA would need to be re-done completely.
Also, please note that Okta has made MFA mandatory for all users with admin-level permissions, regardless of which admin role they hold.
