AshishV.57915 (Customer) asked a question.

Is there any unique identifier other than user name in SCIM so that same user name can be reused?

There is no unique identifier exposed through SCIM for a user, so if a user name gets re-used, there is no way to tell if it is a new user or an existing user that got re-added.

If a user is in deleted state, and again new user having same name is getting added, then there should not be any conflict for user name. Right now, we are not able to differentiate those 2 users using user name.
