AnthonyD.33376 (Customer) asked a question.

Trying to create Network Zone error: API validation failed: No more than 2 zones can be created.

I'm attempting to add a Network Zone and I get this message when I try to save "API validation failed: No more than 2 zones can be created." . The only Zones we have now are Okta created ones, "BlockedIPZone", DefaultEnhancedDynamicZone" (Inactive) and LegacyIPZone. I can't delete/change those. I searched for that error message and not coming up anywhere, and nothing I can find says you can only have 2 zones.

All I'm trying to do is create a Network Zone for our office so a single public IP.

Hey! You can definitely have more than (1) Network Zone, I have several myself. Interesting issue - is there anything that comes up in the System Log for this? Also - if you are able, typically opening a support ticket with Okta can allow them to see these types of issues on the backend in greater detail. Aside from that, I would recommend that you reference the docs here for IP Zones just to be on the safe side:

    IP Zones

Another issue is something I see here: To implement multiple network zones, including Dynamic Zones, you must enable Adaptive MFA.

This can be found here: Manage Network Zones - Do you have that license? That may be tied to this as well, again which can be confirmed by Support.

    Thanks! Don

@DonF.81354 (Customer) Thanks, nothing in the logs that I can see. Per Paul's response above we'll open a ticket. We do have Adaptive MFA.

This was resolved by opening a ticket, the feature wasn't added to our account, we're all set now.
