I haven't been able to find any explicit information about this on the Okta side.
Checking the Microsoft documentation on the subject, I can see them referencing the requirement for transitioning to Graph, so you can look into the following update for the M365 app on the Okta side if you haven't already updated you integration:
Update Office 365 Applications with Provisioning to Support Microsoft Graph
