Commercial Data Protection for Microsoft Copilot

I've got 365 licenses set up and running smoothly in Okta, but it's missing Commercial Data Protection for Copilot from the license list. I've refreshed app data but it's not come through. Is this something that's still incoming, and if so is there an ETA?

  • Hello @AndrewL.63067 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

All licenses that are in Office 365 should be available into Okta. If you are not seeing the licenses, I would recommend to create a test user in Office and assigned the required license and the import him into Okta. Then once the user has been imported, review the licenses that the user has and you can later match that with the required users.

I think in this case there is an issue. I have tried also to find this license. New licenses like Microsoft E5 - Privilege Access Management are coming through. This is very new also. It seems the search is "fuzzy" and if I try for words like Data or even Copilot, the case of "Data" I get a lot of options but nothing to do with Copilot and if I search Copilot I get nothing? This is a problem because if I set the license on Azure, any Okta change will overwrite that change from Okta as the SKU is missing.
