  • Hi @NareshA.45796 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Please note that the feature is not available for free dev/trial orgs.

If you have paid a Workforce Identity Cloud, the feature should be available for tenants that have Lifecycle Management SKUs.

I recommend reaching out to your Okta Account Executive to confirm.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

Hi @Mihai Negoita - Okta (Okta, Inc.) ,

    Thanks for responding!

Is there a way to validate in the Okta UI whether the Okta XAAS feature is enabled?

    I have two Okta tenants:

    • One has the XAAS feature enabled, and
    • The other does not have it enabled.

However, I don’t see any noticeable difference in the UI.

But when using APIs, such as the List Sessions API , I get a 403 Access Denied error for the tenant that does not have XAAS enabled.

Previously, I faced the same 403 error on the other tenant until Okta enabled the XAAS feature via the Okta Account Executive. After enabling it, the API started working fine.

So, is there any way to determine from the Okta UI itself whether the Custom Identity Source XAAS feature is enabled?

    • @NareshA.45796 (Customer) As far as I know, there is no UI indication that the feature is enabled or not. At best, the "Custom Identity Source" app would not show up in the Okta apps catalog.

      Regards.
