Hello support team,
I'm Alessandro, the Administrator of my FREE dev tenant at the following url: https://dev-81333384.okta.com/
Once logged in with a SSO with my Google Account I can reach only the following url:
https://dev-81333384.okta.com/enduser/settings
If I click on "Edit Profile" I got this error:
If I click on the Admin button I got redirected to this url https://dev-81333384-admin.okta.com/admin/sso/callback?state=B87wSthalBs4FC2WAdVEisK6xRwbHfOS&error=access_denied&error_description=The+resource+owner+or+authorization+server+denied+the+request. showing this error:
I also tried to add the Okta Verify as an additional MFA, but I got this error message:
I also checked the following articles:
https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/content/topics/security/mfa/mfa-enable-admins.htm
But I was not able to enable the MFA on my account.
Please, I really need to get proper access in my Okta Admin Console in order to work properly on our development applications.
Can somebody in the Okta Support Team, please check why my user is not able to access to Admin Console please ?
Thanks a lot for your support,
Regards
Ale

Hi @User17377214920062763704 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Please note that free developer/trial accounts are only recoverable via self-service provided that you have configured the appropriate policies and backup accounts.
If you have a paid production/developer account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line (Customer Support Account ID number required) so our Okta Support colleagues can review the matter. If for whatever reason those options are not available for you, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
If no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account with a new email and leverage those for testing.
Beyond that, engaging our Okta Sales team to discuss the matter would be the only option as it is unfortunately completely outside of the Okta Community Team's scope.
Regards.
