Cannot add google account which integrated okta to iPhone
Hi everyone,
I'm a freshman at a google workspace with Okta integrated.
Every members of google workspace have no problem with Okta login.
I also can use Okta and Okta dashboard apps in my MacBook but I cannot add google workspace account to my iPhone.
- when I try to add account to my iPhone, my iPhone browser did not redirect to Okta authentication web page. just leave it on google workspace password input page.
- I expect that it was my account problem, because when input another member's e-mail(login name) on my iPhone, the redirection works well to Okta authentication.
environment
- iOS 18.2.1
- Okta verify latest (9.29.0.2024.1104.1757)

In order to use Okta Verify to log in, you first need to add the account into the Okta Verify application. If you are having trouble with that and are a student, intern, or associate of a company or institution, you should reach out to their IT Support team. The IT Support should be able to investigate why you can't add your account and help you regain access.
While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or institution.
