I need to be able to run a unit test. How do I disable MFA???

I would recommend to just exclude a user from the rule that is forcing the MFA. For this please see our doc below:

Please make sure that if you disable MFA, you have a back-up access to the Okta side so you do not lock yourself out of the tenant.
