Solution
Exclude the user from the MFA Sign-On rule
- Navigate to Admin Console > Security > Authentication.
- Click on the Sign On tab.
- Find the MFA Policy.
- Click the pencil or Edit button for the MFA rule.
- Add the user in the Exclude user section.
- Click Update Rule.
Exclude user from MFA enrollment
- Navigate to Admin Console > Security > Multifactor.
- Click Factor Enrollment.
- Find the MFA policy.
- Click the pencil or edit button for the MFA rule.
- Add the user in the Exclude user section.
- Click Update Rule.
