We have an old developer account that has an OAN listing. I am unable to login to the dashboard without the 2-factor Okta Verify setup. I am unable to setup the Okta Verify app because there is no QR code. And I can't get or enable the QR code because I login to the admin screen without the Okta Verify app. It's like a chicken and egg problem. I have my correct username and password. Can someone please contact me to help get this reset? There may be 2 Okta instances associated with my email address.

If this is a free developer tenant and if you don't have another admin set up that can take action then you'll need to sign up for a new developer tenant as I don't think your access can be recovered.
