Why do we sometimes see a kerberos authentication prompt for several seconds when accessing Okta

Since implementing ADSSO we sometimes see a kerberos authentication prompt when accessing Okta. The intranet sites list has been updated and the Automatic logon only in Intranet zone is set. What else would be causing this prompt? It lasts for over ten seconds unless cancelled.

    If this does not work, I would recommend to Open a case with Support. Usually this prompt indicates a misconfiguration somewhere, but it would be hard to pinpoint without an in-depth troubleshooting.
