We have custom Authenticator Enrolled / Reset email, which displays the date & time when the change occurred from UTC time zone. I wonder if that can be timestamped at user's local time zone.
I know somebody asked a similar question 3 years ago and the answer was no. I just want to know if that has changed 3 years later.

At this time this is still not an available option. However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
