We are using the New Device Notification for our custom application and are finding users are confused by the Sign On Details sections, specifically the location - as it is not exactly where they are located - and the time as it is in UTC.
I tried to modify the template to remove the sign-on details section but received an error that the fields are required.
I get that that area should be kept in as it is important information, but as it is confusing our customers our thought is to remove that data but keep the email active. Only other option we have is to disable the email.
Is there any way to get around requiring the sign-on details?
