@GiridharanD.41770 (Customer) -- I am fairly certain only resolved tasks will end up in the report (Done/Cancelled). So ones that are open / pending will not. In the UI this would be the ones with the strike-through under requests>all. Also, the report lags significantly behind real-time.

I found the following statement in Okta documentation that makes it sound like they retain 3 years of data for past Access Requests report and below that is a link to a Knowledge Base article that seems to confirm.

    Past Access Requests report documentation:

"The source data for this report is refreshed periodically throughout the day. A change that has occurred since the last refresh may not be reflected yet.Okta stores this data for three years and then removes it automatically. See Customer data retention policy."

Workforce Identity Cloud Customer Data Retention Policy Knowledge Article

"Access Governance Data: Certain Okta products generate access governance data (e.g. which users have access to applications and resources, how such access was granted, etc.). Such data will be automatically removed after three years."

  • Thanks Matthew, I tried generating Past Access Requests (Request Types), can see there is a mismatch between the number of request in the governance vs the one on the report. Pl let me know if am missing anything?
