Hi there,
My employee has a login problem with her account.
I have reset her authenticators numerous times and also reset her password, and she is able to sign in on the initial attempt, but any time she tries to sign in with her password after that she is met with a message that says "Cannot sign in" or something along those lines.
I'm wondering if you can help me diagnose this so that it doesn't happen again to any employees?

I would recommend to open a case with Support and work on this matter with a Support engineer. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.

Could you send me the required email or link to do this? Every time I click on the "Open a case" link it says I don't have the ability to do this even though I am a super admin.
