    What are some of the best workflows around Google Workspace and Okta?

      • RBAC
        • Opens Workflows up to folks who are not Super-Admin!
      • Log Streaming
        • Stream Workflows execution metadata to a SIEM, build alerts for failures, etc.
      • OAuth for API Endpoint
        • Better security and scoping for API Endpoint flows
      • Custom Okta Scopes/authorization
        • Ability to manually add scopes to the Okta connect

    What are some best practices / workflows you’ve seen when it comes to offboarding lifecycle management (Downstream applications and within Okta)

      • Try to find ways, when possible, to augment or play well with existing OIN LCM integrations…
      • For instance, I’ve seen folks who have some manual work (or even automated work that has to be done before the user is DEACTIVATED) related to offboarding do something like use an “Offboarding” Okta group… when you add users to that group, you can then kick off flows for automation and do things like notify your team that XYZ actions need to be taken against the user manually, perhaps build some more actions into the flow like removing Okta groups, devices in Google, etc… it really comes down to the unique needs of your organization. We have a forum, office hours, and lots of other resources if you’d like to discuss further!
