My research shows me that as part of the MFA enrollment process I can provide my users with an Okta created QR code that will take them to the appropriate app store (IOS or Android) so they can download and install the Okta verify app - then they are presented with a second QR code to set up the Okta verify account. Can you direct me to documentation that shows me how to do this? Thanks!

At this time, there is no way to set up a QR code that will take users to the app store. Additionally, this feature isn’t currently on the Roadmap to be implemented, either.
If you have a paid account, you can suggest it on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted on and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and implemented.
