I'm the admin and have lost the "Okta Verify" app. I need to temporarily turn off the "Okta Verify" in order to login.
I tried sending email to support@okta.com but received back an automated email saying that this email is no longer used for support.
After that I tried creating a case but got the "You Do Not Have Access To Create a Case".
Anyone know how to proceed ?
