9t1mj (9t1mj) asked a question.
I am an administrator for our ZTNA security solution and I was testing a new ZTNA web application, for which I'd needed to log out of my local admin ZTNA account from the ZTNA webpage and then log in to the same ZTNA webpage using my user account (which is associated with okta MFA).
After the testing, I needed to log back in the ZTNA webpage using my local admin ZTNA account.
However, I now find that since I have just logged into the ZTNA webpage with my okta-associated user account to do the testing, when I try to login to the ZTNA webpage, it will no longer able to show the ZTNA login webpage because okta will intercept the login and redirect me to its okta login page instead, which does not allow me to log in using my non-okta associated local admin ZTNA account!
I have tried clearing my browser's cache numerous times, have restarted my computer and have even tried using another browser that was never used to login to the ZTNA webpage. But when I try to login to the ZTNA webpage, it just keeps on redirecting to the okta login page instead!!!
This is most frustrating and a detriment to our operations as I am no longer able to login using a non-oikta associated account so that I can administer our ZTNA security solution.
If okta support is online, appreciate if you can advise how to stop okta from intercepting the ZTNA login webpage ASAP.

Hello @9t1mj (9t1mj) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If ZTNA is integrated with Okta, then this would be expected behaviour because usually when you integrate an application with Okta the login page will always direct you to the IDP for authentication. You should be able to bypass the Okta login if they have a default page where you can use the admin credentials.
I would recommend to reach out to their Support for additional assistance on this matter.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Thanks, Paul!
If I understand correctly, our Okta admin will need to modify the application that has been created for the ZTNA website that I am trying to login as an ZTNA administrator, to allow me to be able to not be automatically redirected to okta.com for authentication, right?
If so, appreciate if you can explain the steps needed for our Okta admin to make the necessary changes for the relevant Okta application and/or user, please.
Hello @9t1mj (9t1mj) Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this application and how it works. I would recommend to reach out to Support for additional assistance.
