Run a registration campaign to setup or promote Okta verify app to end users.

Re-posting an older question regarding an OOB feature to nudge end users towards enrolling in Okta Verify. From talking with support, it looks like our only options are either to require Okta Verify, or instruct users to enroll it manually through their profile.

Has anyone gone through a registration campaign for Okta Verify? Curious how you nudged users into it or if maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Ideally we'd like them to get prompted to enroll, but allow them to skip until a certain date where we require it.

  • Hi @MattM.49484 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

This is not currently supported. You can suggest it as a Feature Enhancement on the Okta Community page by going to the Community Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.

    More details here.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
