Hi,
I've setup an okta trial account to evaluate the integration with meraki and I'd like to test the radius agent.
Following the guide at this link

I was able to configure all I need but I'm not getting any access-accept or access-reject from the radius agent after the access point access-request and a access-challenge replay from the radius.
Looking at the linked guide, there is a note: "Contact Okta Support to have EAP-TTLS support enabled for your Okta org" so probably the integration is not working due to a missing authorization.
Furthermore I'm not able to open a case and ask to enable the EAP-TTLS for my trial org because I get the "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case" even using the super admin account.
I'm stuck. How i can get help ?

You can check if the feature is available unde the Self-Service feature enablement, if it's not then unfortunately Feature Enablement is not available for Free Trial/Developer.
If you have an Account executive with Okta, then I would recommend to reach out to them for the Feature to be enabled.
