We are using Meraki Wireless, and integrated with Okta for radius auth.
Meraki does not have the capability ( without Splash screen) to end or refresh user session in certain intervals of time.
Any help is appreciated form Okta side.

Meraki Wireless does their own session management. So basically the user creates a session with the wifi, the password is sent to RADIUS one time, then the wifi controller takes over from there and okta is no longer involved. However, the default session timeout on Meraki is 24 hours. If you wish to change the default value you would have to modify the Splash frequency value on the device end by going to: "Wireless/Security appliance > Configure > Splash page".

Thanks for the response David. However, if you ready my post, its specifically for Wireless not using Splash screen. With Splash screen yes Meraki does have the feature to control the session.
But we do NOT want to use the Splash screen. Thanks

You are welcome! Unfortunately the Okta RADIUS agent does not manage user session timeout settings. That is handled directly on the Meraki device. Since the default session timeout on Meraki devices is 24 hours, there is no need to make any changes as it meets your requirements. If by any chance you wish to modify this, I would suggest to engage Meraki Support directly and see if there is any other solution they can offer on this matter.
