I've followed the docs here https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/assigning-the-case-admin-permission-to-okta-admins?language=en_US
And I've confirmed my user has the manage cases permission, etc.
However, no matter what I do I cannot submit a support case.
Help!

Please note that support cases are not available for free developer/trail tenants. For issues limited to authentication (forgotten password, MFA) in environment where you are the only admin and Okta Help Center issues, please reach out to our team via community@okta.com .
If you have a paid account with us and are experiencing issues and cannot open a support ticket via the support.okta.com site, you can leverage the support number (800) 219-0964.
