Hi there,
We recently pushed the new Zscaler client connector 4.4 version to few sets of users. However, they are facing issue with Okta DSSO. Even if the users are authenticated with ZCC and coming from the Zscaler IPs, Okta unable to detect the users and prompting to enter the credentials. We have rolled back the older version and the DSSO is working fine with ZCC 4.2.
Can anyone provide some insights?

I've checked for similar reports and could not find any. At this point there is no information on what could be causing this.
If you have an account with us and can reproduce this behavior I recommend opening a ticket to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate the matter. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
