Can anybody help with a RegEx (or another way?) to set up a routing rule for domain.com and have it exclude xyz@domain.com, abc@domain.com, etc?

I have tested this Regex and it worked, please see below:
^(?!ignore\.)domain.xyz|domain.com\|
The regex ignores both these domains.
