New phone cannot log in

I have a new iphone and although i have installed the app the authenticator is sending the push notification to the old phone, How do i swap to my new phone please

    If you are the Super Admin of an Okta org, please email us at community@okta.com with the email address of the Super Admin account and the Okta org URL.
