Classic Engine Okta Preview Device Trust Certificate Issue
We want to run through the OIE upgrade in a preview environment before production. Attempting to configure device trust in our okta preview (classic) environment. The system is not generating certificates. Event log on IWA server has no entries. Event Log on client says "Error generating Okta JWT claims for this device". Test URL in the event results in "Server Error in '/IWA' Application. Resource cannot be found." Any ideas?

Thanks for the link; however, in our configuration, the account is in the same AD domain as the IWA server.
