Device Trust Certificate issue failure
HI,
We are implementing OIE device trust. I have a user whose Windows laptop is "Not Managed". Intune shows that the SCEP certificate was installed Successfully. The user logs in through Okta Verify to 'enroll' the computer. It is registered. Looking at the OKTA system Logs I see "Device Trust certificate issuance FAILURE: The feature was not enabled by the admin"
I am at a loss why this user (and maybe a couple of others) have this issue. We were originally set up with Classic Engine and had that working before transitioning to OIE.

From what I was able to ascertain, this (syslogs showing that message) happened to others that migrated to OIE but apparently there was no impact to the users.
My advice would be to open a case to have this properly investigated by the Support Team as this is not the appropriate medium for in-depth troubleshooting.
