Completely locked out of my org and can't get in.
At random, multifactor authentication was enabled in my developer Okta organization settings. I disabled Okta Verify in the settings under Multifactor -> Factor Enrollment. After doing so, it logged me out automatically. When I went to sign in again, it came up with a page that just kept refreshing over and over again and won't allow me to log back in. Below is a screenshot of what appears on the page. My account is the only account in the org, so I don't see how this could have possibly been enabled in the first place.

How can I regain access?
