I need to update my RADIUS agent. I've installed the newest RADIUS agent on a different server than where the current agent lives. What process do I follow to make the new agent active and disable the older agent?

Thank you for this link. How do I disable/remove the older agent? Do I just uninstall it - or delete the program folders - from the server?
