We are establishing a procedure to determine where we need to update the Okta admin password in case of a break glass situation or for the annual password rotation.
We believe that the password needs to be updated in the AD agent, but we’re unsure if it also needs to be updated for the RADIUS agent. Can you provide guidance on whether it is necessary to update the RADIUS agent and how to do it?

Hello @yxuq3 (yxuq3) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If you are changing the account password for an admin account in Okta, this will not affect the Service account in AD. So if you do not update the password for the service account in AD, the AD agent and Radius agent do not need to be updated. If you are then both agents needs to be updated to the new password.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Thank you for the reply, Just to be more clear here : I meant Okta admin account here is the service account which we used during installation of AD and Radius Agents.
The agent service runs as an AD service account X to perform all the actions against the domain.
We are planning to reset the service account(Oktaadmin) in okta which we authenticated during the installation, if i understood your answer correctly , then you mean that it wont impact as long as we change the "AD service account X". Please confirm
If the admin account used for the setup is only in Okta, you do not need to do any changes.
