b54dp (b54dp) asked a question.
I am using the trial version of Okta and testing the agentless Desktop Single Sign-on. I've carefully followed the instructions from the document, but it still does not work.
I can manage to get a 200 response from Kerberos precheck API,
but can not automatically log in to the dashboard and be redirected to `/login/agentlessDsso/auth`, where credential still be required:
How should I solve this? Thanks for your time!

Hello @b54dp (b54dp) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Have you gone though the browser configuration for the browsers? If these steps have been skipped then this could be the cause for DSSO not working. Please see our article below:

Yes, I've gone through all the documents you mentioned. If you were technically professional enough, you can see I can manage to pass the Kerberos precheck API, which means my browser is correctly configured. Waiting for further help. Thanks!
Hello @b54dp (b54dp) As the Kerberos are passing correctly, that does not mean the browser settings are all correct. The fact that you have the Okta login page would be an indicator that something is missing, were all the Okta URL's added to the allow list for the browsers? Or maybe a GPO was not setup properly which would also lead to the default landing page, I would recommend to further review the settings and make sure everything is setup correctly.
