We are planning to utilize Okta agentless Desktop Single Sign-on for our Okta account. However, our users also access a 3rd party owned Okta org through the same set of virtual desktops. Is there any impact on signing process for a 3rd part Okta org?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research regarding your inquiry and I have managed to find out that the DSSO flow starts when the user lands on the Okta login page that was configured for this functionality, therefore the users should not be impacted when accessing the 3rd party Okta tenant.
My advise would be to try and perform some tests with just a couple of users before going live on production to make sure that everything works as expected.
