Hi,
We would like to create an additional authorization server on our okta instances (https://alpega.oktapreview.com/ and https://alpega.okta-emea.com/ ) but we can't find the option to add one.
Following the doc of the classic engine.. - https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/security/api-config-auth-server.htm - (please note that we are in OIE but didn't find the related doc for that one). it is supposed to have a button to add an authorization server which is supposed to be in the page Security > API > Authorization Servers but it doesn't seem to showup in our UI....
What is weird is that there are other custom authorization servers which were created in the past...
Can it be that the option "API Access Management SKU" is not enabled (https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Custom-auth-server-creation-restriction-customer-FAQ?language=en_US ) while we had it in the past?
Or is it that there is a max limit... Or is it a missing feature of the OIE UI?
Could you have a look please?
In the case that its the mission option "API Access Management SKU" could you have a double check whether this is not a mistake because afaik it is an option which we initially requested in the past several years ago when we moved to Okta... Now maybe this is a discrepency which happened at the time the feature became part of a package. in March 23?!
Thanks for the feedback!
Benoit

Hi, @q8cw2 (q8cw2)
Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Please open a case with Support or get in touch with your Account Executive to check if the SKU is enabled. We are unable to see that from the Community side.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
