We want to manage our Okta account's subscription, including making a purchase, but encountering an issue.
When we click on 'Manage Subscription' within the account, the Okta store.okta.com website appears to be down, displaying a "site can't be reached" error. Despite being logged in with the administrator account, our attempts to create a support ticket are met with a message stating 'You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case.'
How can we resolve this issue?
