Can't recive okta verification emails in this particular mail box
Hi,
I have my company email but i can't recive verification email from okta when i'am invited to a tenant
but in my other emails it works normally

@yt4sl (yt4sl) -- If the email address you are referring to is the same as you have listed on your profile the attempt to send it email returned a 5xx level error indicating the box doesn't exist. After one permanent failure we will no longer send to an email address. I've cleared this email from the list of blocked recipients so a new attempt will generate (and attempt) an email delivery again. However, if the mail server kicks back another perm fail error you will be in the same spot.
For how to determine if your email is blocked/dropped and a method to clear it yourself.
